Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12)

I provide Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) for private landlords and estate agents managing single or multiple properties. As a fully Gas Safe Registered engineer, I ensure all inspections are carried out thoroughly and all necessary paperwork is provided promptly.
What’s Included
During the inspection, we will:
• Check the existing gas installation for gas tightness
• Record the make, model, type, and location of each gas appliance
• Test the safe and correct operation of all appliances
• Verify operating pressure or heat input against the manufacturer’s data
• Inspect and test all safety devices
• Ensure there is adequate permanent ventilation
• Carry out a visual inspection of relevant flues
• Perform flue performance tests to confirm safe operation
